Information on Recreation, Advanced and Select Uniforms is described below.

All NUSC Uniforms are custom design and purchased only through our club sponsor adidas.  Adidas gives us the lowest cost and highest quality uniforms available.  All teams must shift to an adidas uniforms by the fall of 2010. 

 

 

 

Recreation uniforms are inexpensive.  Our standard uniform is a green Tshirt (away) and a white Tshirt (home), black/or green adidas shorts, a pair of cleats (not sneakers-soccer is a dynmic sport and cleats prevent injury), and green or white socks that completely cover the shin guards and hold them in place.    

 

In no case should player names be on the shirts for young children as this puts information in the public forum that may not be in the childs best interest.  Nicknames and numbers are allowed.

 

School recreation teams are allowed to wear school colors for shirts, shorts and socks.   School teams may carry a school logo.

 

 

NUSC and ACN wear a common uniform as a cost savings to our players.  The uniform is a adidas top of the line custom designed for Norfolk Climacool fabric that wears well in the wash and wicks water away from the skin to keep the players cool.  This is particularly important in our warm months.  The uniform is Green and Blue with Royal blue shorts and socks.  Cleats can be any color.  This uniform is not available from any other source. 

 

Advanced/Select uniforms are custom ordered and shipped and should be ordered by returning teams by the end of May for the next fall season and by the end of November for the spring season.  Newly formed teams should order as soon as players are identified for the team.  There is no requirement to have the entire team order prior to start placing orders.
