Lake Taylor Soccer Complex
All NUSC Recreation and Advanced Teams play their home games at the Lake Taylor High School Campus. The campus is one of the nicest multi-field facilities in South Hampton Roads. The advanced teams play their away games at the sites of the other clubs.
Take I-64 West towards Norfolk to the Northampton Blvd. exit. Stay in the left-hand turning lane and turn left onto Northampton Blvd. Follow Northampton Blvd. to the first traffic light at Kempsville Rd/USAA Drive. At the traffic light, turn left onto Kempsville Road. Follow Kempsville Road to the first traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light into the Lake Taylor High School and Lake Taylor Middle School campus.
Important Information
Please pay close attention to designated parking areas at the Lake Taylor School Campus. There are areas which towing and ticketing may occur. NUSC members are responsible for any respective parking violations which they cause.
IMPORTANT rules regarding athletic fields:
1. ..FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL, DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO CLIMB ON GOAL FRAMES, NETS, FENCES, TREES, OR THE LIKE.
2. ..Do not litter. Clean up after your team and please pitch-in when others have been inconsiderate.
3...City of Norfolk ordinace allows pets on a leash; however, Norfolk United Soccer Club STRONGLY discourages bringing pets to the soccer fields. They can be disruptive to play and their behavior can be unpredictable. The Hampton Roads Soccer Complex near Princess Anne Park prohibits pets.
4. ..Do not park or drive on grass unless it is clearly permitted.
5. ..Observe parking instructions. All venues enforce no parking restrictions rigorously.
6. ..Lake Taylor High School fields #10 and #15 are next to the Moore's Bridges Water Treatment Plant. It is a secure area. If a soccer ball goes over the fence into the compound, DO NOT BREACH THE FENCE TO RETRIEVE IT. Use another soccer ball. You may get your ball retrieved by calling 441-5678 during the next business day.
