Norfolk United follows the Dutch model of learning soccer. That is to ensure that each player receives as many touches on the ball as possible and learns the building blocks of technique to enable them to play at higher levels as they mature.
Players do not begin to grasp the true tactics of soccer until the ages of 9-10, so it is important to prepare them for that point with a fundamental ability in technique and skills.
We believe that if you do not focus on the results of the games when they don't matter, the results will come when they do matter!!!
